storing data from mpc 2000xl

i have a 2000xl with an external scsi hard drive and cd-rom. if i was to save a beat to the hard drive how would i then access the beat on my computer? it has no usb or anything. is there an scsi to usb converter or something?

you need an interface and some sort of recording software.
