cubase5/reason 4 with MPD 18

Hi folks!Any idea how to get MPD 18 working with Reasons Redrum while reason and cubase 5 are rewired together.Ok i made midi ch in cubase and changed ALL MIDI in inputs and Redrum in outputs, what should i do next to assign my pads?also pads wont give no midi signal when i hit dem, only slider gives a signal for now, but its not controlling anything. cheers guys!

so whats up mothas?still the question in up in the mhaphuking air!got my Guru sampler open in cubase on the instrument ch.got the channel in All MIDI Inputs.Now when i hit the pad it doesnt show any activity only one slider shows that some midi signal is moving, but pads-dead.if only your silly pictures could help me out son!but im stuck here.funny thing is that my midi keyboard plays those pads but mpd pads are dead.so please great geniuses help the bro out here.peace

Er, in short ... they don't know !

This is a MPC forum not MPD.. anyways i havent had an MPD but try selecting the MPD's driver in the option menu of Reason.

do your homework and RTFM!

try powering on Reasons, Cubase and MPD before your computer boots up...this is something I gotta do to get my interfaces working.

Never had a MPD but I imagine the process may involve assigning MPD pads to Redrum note numbers.

Redrum has 10 drum channels which I believe are allocated to consecutive note numbers.

Now how difficult can that possibly be?
