I did try searching, but I didn't find anything dedicated solely to the subject (But I do apologise if i've overlooked anything) maybe a sticky or something..

But If I wanted to load each individual track from my MPC 2000 (classic) into Cubase, FL or whatever, What would be the best method to do so? (Cables, adapters etc)

What you need to record your audio tracks into a DAW is called an AUDIO INTERFACE or AUDIO+MIDI INTERFACE.

An audio interface allows you to connect audio and midi cables from the MPC to you computer via its inputs and transmit them to your DAW via USB or firewire connections.

There are thousands of different models to choose from so make sure you do your homework before you cop one, get enough audio inputs to connect several devices.
