turntable rca cables to input on preamp, then out of the output i have no rca cables to put in the left and right on the output... so do i need an additional red and white rca cable

my question is once i put a left and right output rca cable into the preamp, and the rca output cable goes into a single jack, am i good for sampling off the turntable once i put a 1/8 jack adapter thing on the end of the output jack and then into the input on my mpc?

thanks alot, im pretty annoyed, i bought a preamp and was looking forward to sampling into my 500 from the turntable

anyone help me out, i think im right, but im just kinda wondering if thats the way i go about it? ... thanks alot guys, peace

mono vs stereo when it comes to using one input or both...

also, i always buy cables online from sweetwater because they have free shipping on any order and their cables are priced decently.
