I just Hooked up my MPC 2000XL up to my Fantom XA, So I wanted to know how to rearrange the sounds that I trigger Via my MPC. Because apparently the pads are spread out according to the order of the Fantom XA's keys. Also why is it that when I press the note repeat on my MPC 2000XL sound (snare) gets triggered.

Have the MPC 2000XL as your master for midi control. Turn the local control OFF on the Fantom XA and read up on the MIDI connections in the MPC manual. This is not as hard as you think.
