Whats up Everybody?

I got a newb question that I might get some smack for. Today Im getting an 2000xl. One of my boys has logic 8 and abelton live. I've read alot on these forums about using the MPC as the sequencer and all that and it working with logic. Thats cool and all that you can use it as a controller, but could you take some sounds out of logic and abelton and put them on them MPC? SORRY if this has been answered before or If im straight Dumb...Im just new as can be to the powers of the MPC haven't even touched mine yet. Thanks in advance

couple of ways of doing it, as mentioned earlier sample the sounds or midi up your mpc to a computer running logic or live

Just in case you dont understand the terminology used by those guys, what they mean is this:

You CAN sample (record) any sound from your computer INTO an MPC using the record inputs on the rear of the machine.

That is the essence of sample-based production, finding sounds to sample (record) and work with.

** EDIT **

and you may be able to find .aiff, or .wav files from Logic's sampler (ESX & Ultrabeat) "plug-ins" simple batch convert to 16 bit wav will work in the mpc

OTHER synths from Logic (sculpture, EVD6, EVB3, EVP88, ESM, ES2, EFM!) you'll have to sample yourself
