hey there ppl thanx for reading just wondering if ive got me sequences bangn together from the mpc 1000 and motif midi keyboard going into my mixer what type of recording device should i look at getting that will allow to burn onto a disk and/ or just to mp3 files on pc or is there a few ways to do this?
anyone thats got some info bout this kind of setup would b kool to learn bit more bout it

Your pc can be used as a recording device, a very versatile recording device at that.

Its a matter of preference. You could get a standalone recorder or a computer-based DAW. Look around for any way of multi-track recording

MPC1000 Polyphony problem.
I recorded a sequence, and when I trigger longer samples over it, it cuts out when the sample loops. for some reason it doesn't do this if I erase one of the samples trigger at 1.00. it's pretty annoying, since I am nowhere near the polyphony limit of my mpc. There are no mute groups problems. and this happens with all my samples that go for longer than one sequence. Any thoughts?
