Sampling off cd into mpc editor

I just got an mpc 3000 for pretty cheap, bought an internal card reader and was wondering how I can take the cds I have, load them into a software, chop samples in that software and put them onto mpc editor so I can make sounds for my mpc? Like what software do I need for this? Thanks in advance I know this is a noob question.

I did some research on it before but only heard about recycle and soundforge but they are expensive. My bad for that part and thank you for the response i'm going to try this out. Peace.

soundforge audio studio is only like 40 bucks and its loads better than audacity IMO.
