Just bought myself a mpc1000 but my sound is weird.
First I tried to connect my mpc to my reciever with speakers using a monocabel with no suxcess.
Then I tried using a pair of headphones and i could play some samples in Load, but only in one of the speakers.
But suddenly i couldnt do that at all anymore, and im been struggling reading the manual and trying to find some information on the internet. After a few restars and some experiments without any changes it worked again, for one minute only and now im sitting with the same confusion as before.

Can someone please help me, or at least put me in the right direction. Im staring to considerate that it was an bad investment.

Sounds like your outputs might be blown? Was this bought brand new? If so, take it back to the store. If not, see if the seller can work with you.

Its very weird, It works for 5min, and then it doesnt word, 10min later it works again. And so it goes on. I will buy an adapter so i can connect my 3.5" computer speakers and see if they work. My hearphones is pretty old and i have nothing else to check if they are the ones thats broken.

regarding my receiver and speakers. Have I done right when ive connected my mono cabels in stereo out/in at en mpc and then to my reciever ( I earlier had my receiver connected to my computer with a mono - 3.5 )
But in the manual it seems to only be one cabel, instead of the mono Red/white that ive got.

And didnt buy it brand new :(

Yes, your cabling is fine. I would buy another set of cables to make sure that the ones you are using arent the problem. For now, plug your headphones not only into the headphone jack, but also into each output on the mpc. see if you have the same problem.
