Synching my mpc 2000xl with my roland xp-10

Probably a amature question but i need help lol I need help learning how to set my Roland XP-10 with my mpc 2000xl i wanna be able to play the sounds from my keyboard into my mpc any ideas?

It didn´t work with my Fantom S, though. I´m stuck in the same problem.
