Adobe Audition Question

So im using Adobe Audition. What wanna do is to make sound like when you turn off your deck. How can i do this in that program? Or any other program? Dont have vinyl player so that is off the count. Any succestions?

Effect -> Time/pitch -> Pitch Bender -> Turntable Losing Power
If you want the start/stop button effect you'll have to tweak the curve and settings
