ANYONE HAVE ANY HELPFUL TIPS ON TUNING DRUMS ON THE MPC.THANKS!!

As for your questions, its tough to say. Generally a case by case thing and entire books have been written on the topic but the short answer is: if your drums are in key with the song, a lot of times you get a great smooth sound but if you want them to pop out a bit, play around. Try tuning them to a completely ridiculous pitch and work from there. Sometimes that works.
