ok so i made a beat, its in sequence 13...now what? excuse my noobie questions..I'v been an FL Studio user for 11 years...the MPC is still new to me

c'mon son.

maybe read 1 of the 3 different manuals available, maybe look at one of the 50,000 mpc beat-making videos on youtube, maybe read the faq on this forum, maybe try google, maybe try searching this forum... damn.

Part of the fun, for me, has always been figuring these machines out. It can also lead you to new ways of doing things that no one else has really done. You can find work arounds to things that people may tell you you can't do on this or that machine. Spend some time with your new instrument. Don't try making a masterpiece just yet. Just see what you can get this thing to do. Especially if your getting into the JJ os, you are going to bump into a few walls. There may be several features that you never use, or some you may only use once. Eventually, you'll get your own work system down. Just have fun with it.
