New to the midi production world, I'm using fl studio 9, I was wondering if there were any tips to alter the pad sensitivity on the mpd32? Also how to adjust the latency in the program if anyone knows, Thankyou!

in the fl sound options, look for an option called buffer size (ms) and decrease it as far as you can. if you turn it the lowest possible you might hear clicking when you play stuff so you keep gradually increasing it until you hear no clicking.

About the pad sensitivity, google mpd pad sensitivity and you will find a lot of more indepth stuff about it, but basically people use electric tape or a pad sensitivity kit, open up the mpd and stick maybe 4 layers of tape on the sensors and then close it back. Apparently it helps to get rid of some of the air in between the rubber and the sensor thus making the pads more responsive.

I think that's your computer, not the MPD. Maybe look for some asio4all drivers for your soundcard. I'm not too knowledgeable on that though. I'm still trying to figure that out for my ish.

exactly, it is a sound card issue. most integrated sound cards cant go very low for the buffer size.
