A little help with connections

So i just bought a computer and an audio interface(M-audio quattro). Before that I used to track out to a digital recorder. I'm having trouble figuring out how to connect everything.
My set-up is pretty basic, I just have a DJ mixer(2 channel), a turntable, an MPC 2000 and speakers. I think a lot of people have similar setups so how do you connect it so everything works fine?
Any help will be really appreciated!

Got any model numbers you wanna share with us? And are you running a power amp or do you have bi-amped monitors?

Basically, the mixer would be the central hub to connect everything, you realize that right?

My mixer is a Numark M2, I use active monitors. Yes I'd like the mixer to be the central thing so I can listen to vinyl, track out and sample from the computer to the MPC.That's basically all I want to do.

Well, it looks like you're very limited on the connects on that dj mixer. If you break it down, you're working with 4 stereo input pairs and 2 output pairs. That's not much room to work with imo.

The audio interface is going to take away one pair each for in & out. So that leaves you with 1 out pair and 3 stereo input channels.

Then that one out channel needs to go to your monitors, and you're then left with just inputs. So those inputs will need to go to whatever you've got to hook up which is the mpc and the turntable.

A multi channel mixer is what you need if you plan on doing any real recording.

For the moment, I got one output connected to monitors and the other to the MPC so I can sample from the turntable.
So I guess I can connect everything like you told me except the MPC outs which will go directly into the audio interface when I'll track out, and in the mixer inputs when I'm just making beats with the MPC? I will have to switch the cable from the MPC outs for tracking out but I think everything will work! I don't have the right cable yet but I will buy one and see if it works.
