How do you Convert Sequence?

I got the Music, or I should say Sequence from my MPC1000 On to my laptop by using the USB Plug & it is in Seq. Form Now. How do I Convert it to Wave or MP3, And Which Converter do I Use to Make it Happen?

You should read the manual...
If you don't have an audio interface you could just record the main out of the MPC (Hit Mode+ PAD5) while playing your sequence. It will record it as a WAV file that you can save to your memory card.
