Hooking up problems, please help me!

I bought the MPC5000 a couple of months ago, and i've been learning and learning since then.
Now i feel that i've reached a point where i want to transfer my beats to Logic Pro 9.
So i went to my local music-store and asked them what i should buy, and they said that i needed
an interface with lot's of ins/outs. So we looked at a couple of them and my budget covered a:

M-Audio Fast Track Ultra

Now what i want to do is track out my beats using the assignable outputs to my DAW (LOGIC PRO 9).
So i have 6 audio chords, going:
Output 1,2,3,4,5 and 6, to the 6 inputs on the Fast Track Ultra.
And i also have an Midi-To-USB interface going from
Midi Out from the interface to MIDI in 2 on the back of the MPC5K
Midi In from the interface to MIDI Out B on the back of the MPC5K

I've been searching and trying, but no succsess, maybe im just to stupid to understand what people say.
So can somone PLEASE break it down for me how i sync it all up?

A little update, i got it figured out.
Just 1 little problem.

I record the sounds in to logic, but i cant see the waves? I can hear them tho..
