Insert silence at begining of one shot sample in MPC?

Hey folks, I have some samples that I bought off of Goldbaby (great stuff) and some of the samples are trimmed so tight at the beginning when I play the sample on a pad on the MPC it cuts the first tiny bit of it off. The initial punch of a kick drum for example. Is there any way to insert a little bit of silence before the sample in the MPC? I really don't want to have to do it in Audition, and then export the sample back in.

you could also do it with a wave editor that supports batch processing. wavosaur for example might work...

I should have been more specific, the 2500 with jjosxl.

I do have Adobe Audition and did a batch conversion from 24 to 16 bit. Do you know if it is possible to batch process every sample to have a few milliseconds of silence before the actual sample?
