Mpc4000 setup to run Reason 4 as module

Yesterday I purchased the "Using the Akai MPC With Reason" for 7.99.
I was shocked when I realized that Mpc 4000 was not included. It seems they gave every example except the 4k. They said the setup should be same. Here's what I've done so far.

My midi controller keyboard midi out is connected to Mpc midi in 1.
My Digi 002 midi out is sent to Mpc midi in 2. Mpc midi out 1 back into Digi 002 midi in.

I also ran Mpc audio out back to Digi 002 channel 1and 2.
I did the setup on Reason as instructed. I went to Mpc sync out and reason went to 00.00 .
The sounds from Reason is going into the Mpc and I can record but I can't hear the click for tempo.

If any member could help me resolve this issue, it would be greatly appreciated.
