I think those would be fine for a starter set...there are also some affordable ones from Sennheiser out there.

i got the hd 202 from Sennheiser, they were pretty cheap but sound great

i would get these over those just because of the brand.

behringer stuff just seems to fall apart easy, i got some audio technica headphones and mics, and their stuff is build solid and are far more reputable than behringier.
i havent used these perticular headphones, but i would def pay the extra 10 dollars and get these.

you have to consider, that there a three variations of headphones, open, half-open and closed. the area of use is important, because the sound can be different. the headphones can also enclose the ear or rest on the ear.
