In the description of this book it doesnt mention the MPC 3000. I am assuming its the same principle on the mpc end.
What you read in the book, see if you can find same or similar menus on your 3k that may be applicable.
Not everything has to be verbatim/word for word but you can try to peice together info and menus in attempt to get you where you wanna be.
Dig in, don't be shy.
