Trigng KONG(Reason5) with MPC Pads as MIDI Control Surface

Setup: 1 - my preference But can't get (Audio MIDI setup) to recognize Alesis QS8.2

Goal: Use MPC for Song prod/Arranging <AND> Pro Tools8 - Reasons 5 - Ableton Live Suite (8.2.1) for Audio production <AND> Mackie Mixer to Track 8 outs from MPC
A. Use Mackie mixer: Monitor/Track audio -INPUT's
1. MPC: 8 Channel and Stereo (L/R) ->Out's
2. Alesis QS8.2 (L/R) ->Out
3. Sound Mod's ->(L/R) ~>Out's
4. DJ Rig setup -> Out's

B. Mackie SR24*4 SUBOUTS ~> Digi002 Rack INPUTS ~>
* Mackie 24*4:Channels INPUTS (1-13) ->SUBOUTS (1-4) * Note dup signal's ~>Digi002R:INPUTS(1-8)

C. Reasons 5 and/or Ableton Live Suite (8.2.1) as Plugin's ~>Pro Tools 8 (using 8 tracks)

Question:
1. Best setup with MPC2000xl as Master Controller
2. Audio Midi setup troubleshooting

I tried: MPC2000xl: MIDI OUT(A)/MIDI In(1) ~>QS8.2 sythn MIDI-IN/OUT~>MPC:MIDI OUT(B)/MIDI IN (2) - To Trigger <Soft Sythn's and Synching> ~>Midisport 4x4:Midi OUT/In (port B) ~> Mackie Controller:MIDI OUT/IN ~> Midisport 4x4:MIDI OUT/IN - (Port A)

Problem's:
1. Audio MIDI setup - didn't recognize Alesis Sythn with virtual cabling.

2. MPC2000xl Icon Browser
a. Transmits/Receives Channels = (all 16 highlited/blue)
b. MID Beat Clock - (checked)
c. MIDI Time Code -
d. Gen MIDI - (checked)
e. MIDI Machine Control

3. I hear a echo (sounds like Ping) when I press the Trigger Kong (Reason's 5) with MPC pads

Setup 2:
a. I reconnected MIDI cables and ran everything into Midisport 4 x4 OUT/IN's
b. Use iMac As Audio Input in Reason Hardware
c. Used Reasons by itself (Not as Slave to Pro Tools)
d. Alesis QS8.2 as Master Keyboaard
e. MPC2000xl as MIDI COntrol Surface

Note: The above gave me some results...
A. Pressed Sythn's keys <and> MPC pads <and> triggered Sounds in Kong Drum Designer ( virtual drum machine)
B. But I'm still hearing a MIDI echo aka I can hear Drum Pattern triggered by pressing MPC Pads and additional ping noise together
C. Best place for Sounds Mod's in MIDI Chain?
