Ableton + Mpc + Keyboard

So i have read the manual and i kind of get itm but cant seem to find an article for the 2000xl and ableton

What do I need so that i can sync my mpc with ableton ? what kind of interface? the cables are what confuse me to be honest.

I want to be able to say lay down my drums from my drum kits on my mpc

and use my keyboard thru ableton to do my synths etc

and have it all record in ableton,

i know this is a noob question but still
