zip drive reading "not suffecient space"

Im ryunning an mpc 2k and got a scsi ext zip drive 100 connected to the mpc. for some reason when I try to save samples it sayd "scsi write error" then I would try and save again and then itill say "not suffecient space" or somewhere along the lines of that. well for one thing I know thats bull ish cause the zip disk is pure empty and theres 100 meg I can run on it. I have formatted the disk and tried many other zip disks...all 100.
any help would be soo dope.

It might cost you around $30 (i think,) but try finding a zip drive cleaner.
