Smooth Time stretching

I know this is a dumb question but is there a smooth way to time stretch without degrading quality?


pitch shifting and time stretching seem to do the same thing for me quality wise.



NOTE: I don't have an MPC... I just emulate what you guys do here using other stuff.

Stay within 5-10% +/- of the original sample
