live mixing with mpc 1000

I want to play only vinyl sometime, but right now I have to struggle with my limits.
so, i have my mpc 1000. How can I use it for live mixing tracks? for dj'ing I mean.

for example, combine it with kaoss pad or boss sp 303 or something like this?

Yes it can.

But how you integrate it into your setup really depends on you're live mixing style.
Thing you need to keep in mind is that you have to be efficient with your RAM.

You can playback complete sequenced beats mixing them with your tracks from vinyl.
You can also loop some parts to save RAM, and string together live or play them back as one long sequence or song. Would recommend not to have songs as one long samples which takes up a lot of RAM.

but I dont have a turntable at this time, that's why have to find ways to play my mixes. I can get roland 303 for cheap, but just dunno how it will works in setup.
Also, I like the idea to play from cassette portastudios lol ) it just junk me up, I love to thought about something originial in this digital world.

Very simple. A dj set is nothing more then two audio playback devices with a mixer. Whether it be two turntables, two CDJ's or two samplers. As long as you have two sound sources and a mixer to blend and mix you only have to add your own creativity to do something dope with it.
