How do you match a tempo change ?

Hello guys i found a little problem in my production workflow.

for example:

i sample a 4 bar loop from a vinyl the tempo is like 80BPM. I chop it into 16th pieces and everything is tight and good.

to bring up some variation i sample another 4 bar part from the same song in the same technik. But i find that this time the tempo varies a little bit and is now like 82 isn.
the chops aren't tight anymore wich makes my beat sound lousy since its running out of sync.
how do you guys manage such a problem?

Think about that for a brief moment.

You want to chop out two different 4-bar loops and play them both at the same tempo?

Timestretch one of em maybe.
or
Chop all the hits out of both and reconstruct the beats/loops.
To make sure your chops/hits don't cut off abruptly before your next sample hits you can extend the tails of the samples by looping the end of them. This gives "air" to the end of the samples in case they hang over a bit. I like to use alternate looping for this.
Then make the chops all cut each other off with mute groupings.

Which mpc are you using?

It's always best to do like Clint sez and have a think about it and work things out for yourself. That way you really learn your machine and find out other ways and workflows that wouldn't have initially come to your mind.
But the two techniques I mentioned will work for starters.

Like said before timestrech the 80 bpm loop to 82 bpm before the chops.
