HELP with midi setup MPC 2000XL (master) > Korg Triton (slav

Hello dear People!

I have been unsuccessfully trying to setup my Mpc 2000XL (as master) with Korg Triton (as slave) so I can layer tracks with different sound banks from Korg. I managed to fix it on my Yamaha mini Motif and I could change Tritons sound banks in my MPC sequencer. So that every track had different program that linked to different sound bank on my Triton.Cant get this working Help! been struggling for few months! anyone who help me with this I make a free beat or send a postcard from StockTown Sweden Peace!

my setup right now is :

2KXL midi out 1> midi in Triton
2KXL midi in 1 > midi out Triton

Setup the Triton in multi-mode, with a different patch assigned to each of the 16 MIDI channels that you want to use.

Setup multiple MPC tracks to send MIDI to those (up to) 16 MIDI channels in the Triton. For example, 16 MPC sequencer tracks sending MIDI to each of the 16 MIDI channels in the Triton, if that is what you want.

Play the different Triton sounds, on the multiple MIDI channels, from the multiple MPC tracks.
