Incomplete

Sorry for asking all of these questions. But you never know till you ask. My question is i could have a nice melodie and percussion. But it still sounds incomplete. Can someone give me some advice. any tips would be apreciate.

Yeah I ALWAYS feel the same way. When there is vocals over the beat it definately sounds better.

Put some bass. Maybe some stabs or something throughout.
