????????? sampling

i record a sample ok..it works properly
when i hit the "play" button i hear it play back perfect and everything.
WHY CANT I LOAD IT ONTO THE PADS
i go to load sample, load them all...and when i recorded them i properly assigned them to specific pads but how the hell do i find where they assigned to???????? cant find this information in the manual i am so frustrated

If you assigned them to pads, shouldn't you know where they are?.

What MPC are you using?

For the 2000, and probably 1000 too but I'm not sure, go into the "Program" menu. Press pads or use the wheel to see what's assigned to what.

Make sure you watch what program you're using.

Did you save/load your program right?

and ok like
i recorded 6 samples let say.... to save them i just went to save and saved them as samples...and i assigned them to pads but when i go to main how do i know where they went??? like i see all the kits that the machine /card came with but where are my samples where did they load to?

hey it hink i figured it out abit...but quick question how do i make an ew program? like start off with a fresh program to assign my samples to?

The manual is USUALLY your best friend.. haha....

It sounds like you assigned them to Pads in a Program, but you hadn't selected the Program on the Main screen. It will be something like Program01 unless you rename it...
