hey i know how to delete a file properly..sorta...
like i go into save mode then into my directory and delete some samples i assigned to pads but question..why arent they deleting? after deleting them i go back and i can still play them onthe pads....
also i want to delete all the sequences that came with the flash card that are on it...how do i do it? in the directory those sequences dont show.. (songs if u may)
anyone help?
im on a mpc 1000

oh yeah and the reason i wana delete all these pre made songs is cuz now when i try to record a sample the reord button doesnt work??? i press record and its reading the signal of the incoming audio but it wont record...the window led display is lite up so when i click window it says i have no memory left smoething like 0.1s or something ....i dont get it shouldnt i have more memory?? and how do i erase all these stupid pre made songs!~!!

i tried hitting "window" then delete all sequences...it worked theres no sequences showing .... then i go to save all seq & songs and do it... but yo when i turn the thing on all the gay songs are back. i hate seeing that stupid top gun shit pop up everytime i start her up i want there to be nothing!!!..i need more memory so i can make my own programs and sample/record!!!!!!!! help plz

This seems like one massive case of not knowing the difference between RAM memory and CF memory card.
