When I sample somthing and I go into trim, I cannot see the sample, its just blank, I can play it back and edit it but cannot seen it, does anyone know whats wrong?

Bring up the volume on your input device and turn your record gain(?) up some also.I think it's record gain.My joint is painted so i don't know the exact name.

sometimes ur record in the wires might not be properly connected and it might just record on to one channel. i know at my boys house u have to hold the wires in a certain space or they don't make a proper connection and u don't see a wav. but can still hear the sound. at my house it is fine. so check ur connection and make sure on the sample screen u see that it is recieving enough sound on both channels by the meters. and maybe u need new wires. make sure what stryke said is done also

I played with the wires and adjusted the volume and gain and its workin fine...Thanks for the help.
