Which MPC has the finest time shift adjustability?

I'm researching the different models to decide which one to buy. The time shift feature will be an important factor. It will allow me to make the sequence groove. Thank you for your replies in advance.

AFAIK the 4000 cause it have 960 PPQ

I mean 960 PPQ sounds fancy, but if you are really that into capturing feel just record audio instead of midi.

@ peterpiper: In this post a guy says that although he can see 960ppq, he can only adjust a note in 4ppq increments :
