Hi,
I am looking for an inexpensive effect processor to use with my mpc-1000. I want something that has a delay that can sync to midi clock (I already have a digitech studio quad, but it can't sync) . I was looking at maybe a Korg KP-2, Korg SDD-2000, Alesis Akira or Alesis Midiverb 4 (I think all of these will sync to clock).

Any recomendations? Does anyone know of a site which lists effect processors and tells you which ones can sync to clock and which ones can't.

Thanks

I have a Korg DL8000R which syncs nicely, but they're rare now, you might find on eBay. That's the only one I could recommend, from experience.

Other's I've checked the specs of include:
- t.c. electronic D-Two (dedicated delay) and M300 (multiFX)
- Lexicon MPX1
- Line6 Echo Pro

If I had the choice now I'd go for the D-Two, it has features I've never seen elsewhere, like tapping out delay rhythm patterns...

I'm hopping to get something a bit cheaper than those boxes though. Something I can get for less than $200 on ebay. I'd love an dl8000r but as you say they are pretty rare and i can't find one on ebay.
