License of samples in factory content and expansion packs?

What is the license of the audio files contained in the factory content and the expansion packs? Say someone uses one of those WAV files in a song that becomes the next Summer hit. Do they owe royalties to Akai or Air or...?

I bet this is a very basic question but I couldn't find an answer (and I was too lazy to read the full legal agreements when installing all the software).
