MPC ONE No access at internal memory

Hi, just bought an used MPC One last week, but when i connect it to my PC's (mac OS sierra/win10/win7) true USB in controller mode, memory doesn't appear nowhere.

(MPC software/Export expansion)

i have downgrade to 2.7 ,tried an other usb cable but same issue...any idea???

(MPC One driver as been installed in every PC's for sure)
(Controller mode work great with MPC software)

Unlike the other MPCs, the MPC one doesn't support usb file transfers, usb is only for controller mode. Save your work to an SD card or usb disk, eject it and place that directly in your computer to transfer files.

But how to install expansions ?

have to export the expansions on a usb key or other external support...

It's not as bad as you think... but it is goofy.

SD card, USB ports not work in controller mode. Not sure MIDI out works or not.
