MPC1000: How do I set the overall sequence length?

I just purchased and MPC 1000 less than a week ago and I've been reading up in this forum for about that time. I hate to sound repetitive, but how do I set my overall sequence length? I know that I can set a specific track to 4 bars and loop, but where do I go to set the bar length for the entire sequence (Just like on CDs where the whole song is like 4:30 for example)? Thanks for your help.

A Sequence in MPC terms is a short section of multi-track music, 4 bars or whatever you choose. You chain Sequences together in Song Mode to make up... a Song.
So you set the overall Song length by the Sequences you chain together, with set tempo and repeats, there is no single Song Length control. You're working with tempo, loops and bars here, not with minutes and seconds.
