finding the location of a sample

Hi,
I have a sample assigned to one program and i want to copy and paste it to a new one.
How do i find the place where it is saved?

When you save a project on your Live, it will create a project file "<project name>.xpj" and a directory with all of the settings, samples, sequences, etc... called "<project name>_[ProjectData]"
