Hey thanks, I tried one few weeks ago but never got a reply.
They ask besides for whatever reason your phonenumber and for the product serialnumber and even a receipt. Why do they need the receipt? The file is to big to upload so I can’t give that to them. Few weeks back I uploaded some random file because you have to upload something in order to proceed. The order data is in my account so they can check that.
Funny that they need a receipt for support but not for the firmware or product registration itself.
Tried calling but that did not work. Expensive also.
