Hi,
I am new to this forum and to the MPC
Just received my AKAI MPC Studio hardware purchased new from amazon.com 10/8/2021
As I stated in the thread title I am running Windows 10 version 20H2 bui9ld 19042.1237
hardware is HP z840 2x Xeon E5-2680v4 56cores, 128gb ram on turbo quad 1tb nvme samsung ssd 980
After install of the software and ilok activation the MPC software fails to load it just sets in memory no GUI no nothing .. I am forced to reboot to kill it.
I have tried every USB port to no avail.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the MPC software to no avail
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the ilok software to no avail
I have updated the MPC studio firmware to no avail
can anyone offer any help to resolve this issue before I am forced to return this unit for a full refund
