Mpc x/live 2 question

Do any of these come with the synths and samples already installed or do you have to spend half a day on your computer downloading and authorising it all like the mpc one?

They say MPC Live II comes loaded with some serious sound and sample content"?

If you just want to sample vinyl and make beats from those could you do it straight from the box without connecting to a computer?

If you follow the instructions you can install all the important stuff in less than an hour...

Things you'll want to install are the Expansion Packs, Firmware update to 2.10, Synth content for 2.10, beyond that... I guess it is up to you?

At least on the MPC X (and I presume Live & Live 2), the internal memory card comes preinstalled with Essential Instruments 2, The Vault 2, and MPC Clips expansion packs, along with 13 demo songs/styles and their corresponding templates. All other expansion packs associated with your purchase should be available for download from the Akai site and should be installed to an added internal hard drive or SSD or external SD Card or USB drive. The MPC One has a smaller internal memory card (only 2 GB instead of 16 GB) and has a stripped down set installed.
