For a long fade-in on each note, configure the amp envelope in your current patch with a very long attack.

To gradually fade in very long, sustained chord etc, perhaps use automation to control the 'AMP LEVEL' parameter. So with your recorded sequence selected (containing the un-faded sustained note), turn on 'WRITE' automation (top right of screen, so it goes from green to red) and while the sequence plays, turn the AMP LEVEL parameter to perform a fade in. You can either select the AMP LEVEL parameter in PROGRAM EDIT and turn your data wheel perform your volume build up or even assign AMP LEVEL to a QLINK, by holding down the QLINK button, selecting PROGRAM, then QLINK EDIT . Just be aware that this will affect the entire plugin patch, it won't be isolated to a single note.
