Not sure If I'm posting in the correct area, but I'm having a hard time making the amp envelope line up with the length a particular note is held. Have never had this problem on any other platforms, but I'm new to the mpc, so I'm certain it's something I'm overlooking.
To be clear, im trying to get the amp envelope to make the instrument stop and start based on how long I'm holding the key down. This is an 808 bass that I have in a keygroup.
Also, I'm having a hard time making the glide work for an 808 sub. I have mono selected and legato enabled. The Porto time seems to only affect the bend of the bass on a per note basis, not in the transition between two notes. I'm just trying to get the 808 to glide between notes like a mono lead would. I'll try and attach pictures of my legato settings.
