converting battery kits to programs?

Hi all.
Ive got all my favourite battery kits which I'd like to convert to programs to use on the MPC.
Any ideas how best to go about this rather than doing it manually on the machine?

You should have folder with samples somwhere in /Users/Shared/ (on mac, on windows idk), so you can copy samples to sd card, assign samples to pads (yep, a lot of manual work here), and then save your drum program.
As i know, at this time there is no program/script which can read proprietary battery kit file and convert it (with samples) somehow to proprietary akai format

Besides fmodf's advice, using auto sampler might be worth considering because it can help preserve any effects that the kit may have on it (if that's what you want).
