Editing Midi Notes in the Grid Editor for MPC Beats

I can't edit the midi notes in my Grid Editor. Hopefully I can explain my problem.

I recorded a Tube Synth Pad, using the Pad Perform (Progressions), It recorded the midi chords fine. I wanted to increase the length of one of the chords and when I select the group of notes and get the bracket (with the two arrows) it doesn't allow me to increase or decrease the length of the note. I've tried in the Select Mode and Pencil Mode.

I can delete by double clicking, and add a 16 note by clicking, but can't increase the length of any of my midi notes. It seems that my midi notes are locked. I scoured the manual and searched for a solution, but haven't found anything.

Software: MPC Beats Version 2.12.1[64 bit]
Hardware: MPK mini
User: Noob to MPC, Veteran of Midi and other DAWs.

Try deactivating Time Correct (T.C.). I‘d guess you‘re adjusting your notes by less than T.C.‘s grid.

I did try that, I can add a new note no problem, with both TC on and off, but still can't lengthen the note. I can only add 16th notes. I've tried changing the TC value to 4, 8, 32. I can only add 16th notes, weird.

All solved, I just needed to restart MPC Beats, It works fine now.
