MPC Live2 as a Sound Module and the MPC software

Total newbie here.
I have an MPC Live2 and wanted to know what is the best strategy to use the PC version of MPC software to prepare my projects and easily assign:
- MPC Plugins
- Programs (key instruments)
- Drum Programs
- Clips
- Controller mappings (I use two keyboards, and a couple of controllers)
- Insert effects
- Mixer settings.

I would like to work on PC and when ready send all to the MPC to take on the go.
PS: I have an additional drive.
