MPC BEATS TUTORIAL

Hello, I would like to improve my skills with MPC BEATS. May you suggest me some tutorials I can follow?

Anyway, I have some doubts at the moment: how can I change track with a shortcut on my mpk mini? Through pads?

Second: how can I fade out some specific track? is it possible to do it with multiple tracks altogether?
