Using Key 37 with DAW. Notes drop out...

So I've managed to get some drum sounds out of my key 37 through the DAW and I was in a great mood
but now I have a different problem:

I tested to see if I could get 2 tracks playing at once: Track 1-bass, Track 2-drums but when the same note triggers (but like I said, on a different track,) the bass on track 1 cuts out. When I play else where on my midi controller (or from the DAW) everything is fine.

I did try to do some research and one source said it could be a midi loop. Can you offer any wisdom?

I don't think it would be polyphony as this is happening with just 2 tracks of midi.
A bug sounds more likely. I hope they can fix it in the next update.
