Hello everyone,
maybe you know this: In the course of finding ideas you add an endless number of samples and programs, of which you end up using only 10 -20%, if at all, and in no time the memory is full, the projects take forever to load, etc. In short: Overloading the MPC with unnecessary files makes it very sluggish. (Maybe this is just a beginner's thing)
Is there a simple method to remove unused samples, programs, etc. in bulk and thus clean up the respective project?
I haven't dared to do this yet because I was always afraid that I would destroy my tracks.
It would be great if you could tell me the best way to proceed when cleaning up projects.
Many thanks in advance and have a nice weekend!
