Saving drum program without samples

I create a new drum program with samples from my sd card. When I save the drum program onto this sd card all the samples are also saved into the same folder. Now I have the samples twice on my card. How can I save the drum program without saving the samples with it?

Not possible. Saving a kit separately also makes copies of all samples, ensuring portability. The MPC does not save using 'absolute' file paths.
